EDIT : I only updated them now i see is there some steps i can see how to safely reinstall my video card.

Once you have them, use DDU to clean all old video drivers from your machine

Is this pc new?
Is it a laptop or not?
If it is new Windows was pre installed or you had to install it yourself?
Sorry my last pc DIDNT have this issue but my NEW PC does. Im using a stationary computer. I think windows was pre installed aswell.

> Run in safe mode before using DDU, this way it will wipe the drivers complately, which all you have to do is click the recommended button, and nothing else, after that restart PC and boot back up normally. *Not back into safemode*

Did you set your screen resolution in your OS (and also within any Games) to the native screen res your Display was designed for?
Dont know about os but ive definetly set it to my native resolution both in nvidia controlpanel, in games and the windows settings.
Its a dvi however i tested with a hdmi and and no results were given.
