Any b150 motherboard made by msi, asus or gigabyte..i got a cheap msi b150m mortar and im happy with it

Really, that doesn't matter as long as you going to use non-overclockable CPU. Any B150/H110/H170 motherboard from reputable manufacturer will be fine. But I suggest you to choose model with 4 DIMM slots. For possible future RAM upgrade.

depends on who youre buying it from really it might just be the mobo only (no instruction manuals or driver installation discs) or it might be the mobo and everything else
