Is this video card good enough for Skyrim Special Edition??
Does anyone know will my NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 Graphics card work for Skyrim remastered?

You are under the minimum requirements, but it looks like it is playable on lowest settings if you are ok with a very low framerate.

♥♥♥♥♥. What would be a video card that could play better than my current one but cost under $400?

For that you can easily get a nVidia GTX 1060 which runs the game on highest details.
If your PC can handle it. That means, fitting in the case and having a PSU that can support it.

Hard to say without knowing your current specs. Specifically your PSU and case.
The RX 460, 470, and 480 are all great cards depending on your budget, if you have a 6pin power connector, otherwise your best option is a gtx 1050 ti if you don't want to replace the PSU

will this EVGA GeForce GTX 730 Graphics Card handle the game pretty well?

No. For nvidia cards, the first digit (7) is the generation and the second (3) tells you how good it is. The gaming cards have a second digit of 5 or higher. e.g the GTX 750, GTX 980, GTX 1060.
It is generally only worth buying the newest generation too, so right now the 10X0 cards. The GTX 900 cards aren't bad though if you can get a great deal on a used one, but only do that if your budget is really tight.

At minimum, the GTX 750ti should run the game smoothly on lowish settings, but you have a much better time if you spend a bit extra and grab a 1050 or 1050ti or even a 1060 if budget allows.

Wow thanks! That helps a lot! I'll look into it and see what I can do.

I would strongly recommend a GTX1060 6GB. It's a fairly affordable card, around $200-$350 and perfect for current-gen games. It'll be able to handled Skyrim SE at it's best without any hickups, and would also allow you to run some pretty heavy graphical mods.

Your other viable choices are the 1050Ti, 1070 and 1080.

The 1050Ti is the budget option. It's a step below the 1060 and will struggle somewhat with the latest games, but it will get you a playable experience on a shoestring budget. $100-150

The 1070 is the high-end option. It'll handle virtually any graphics mods you throw at it, and any new release games you might want to play at their very best. It can even handle resolutions about 1080p without much complaint. $350-400.

And lastly you've got the ridiculous GTX1080. The current Nvidia flagship, it'll handle any currently existing game or graphics mod and can run up to 4K resolution without noticeable hickups. Problem is, it costs about as much as a house and may need a bigger PC case to install. $600-750 USD.
