A mouse doesn't need drivers.

You have the mouse plugged in to a USB 2.0 port?

Try testing the mouse on another PC.
Ok this is weird, it wont happen when i use the mouse directly on table, but it does on mouse mats, both my old one and new one...
Trade it in and get a Logitech. That's unacceptable behaviour for a $70 mouse.

Then it's the mouse mat. Sensor probably has difficulty detecting its surface.

But at the same times, when it freezes for like 2 second, and i move it all around, the cursor does jitter by only a few pixel or so, so there is a detection, will try to delete software and restart, if nothing works then i gotta return it, too bad it was pretty comfy and had a nice bright orange color, yet this mouse had good review.

That jitter is due to the sensor not working right on the surface of you mouse mat. It's the fault of the mouse mat not the mouse.

Both mats?
No wait I misunderstood. Stupid me :steamfacepalm:

I assumed you said both your old and new mouse have this issue on your new mouse mat. :steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm:

So yeah return the mouse. Something is wrong with it.

Yeah, then it is indeed the mouse.
I traded my mouse mats with my step father alienware rigid mouse mats, didnt liked it before, something was off with sensitivity and smoothness with a few mouses i tried with, but with this mouse it works amazing, maybe the laser of this mouse was designed for this kind of hard surface?

That's normal for a laser mouse. I'd recommend a hard mouse pad for laser mice. Another reason why it's best to go optical.
Welp i didnt knew there was 2 kind of modern mouses untill now, well at least i got the right kind of mouse mat so its fine.
