Logitech g430 microphone not working properly?
I just got the g430 and the microphone isn't working properly. According to my friend they sound like the microphone built into my laptop. I need help getting them to work properly.

Should I just download the Logitech Firmware Update for them?

P.S. - I am using Windows 10

try adjusting the sensitivity levels[support.lenovo.com], may also help you switch between the laptop mic and the headset mic.

Disable the Webcam's Mic under Windows Playback / Recording
Then set the Logitech as the default for both "Default Device" as well as "Default Communications Device"; set Communications tab to "Do Nothing"
