Anyone playing on AMD Dual-Core A9-9420 APU?
What games are you playing? Any advice?

Anyone playing on an N4200 processor?
What games do you play and how do you find it?

1,1ghz Pentium.. Yeah you are not going to play anything on that. It's a simple internet laptop.

Unfortunately that CPU is too weak for gaming. All it will handle is surfing the internet and doing light office work, nothing more nothing less.

Thanks. Really helpful.

Again like with the N4200 it is weak for gaming and is only designed for surfing the internet and doing light office work. If you are looking to build a budget gaming PC the lowest you should really go is a Pentium G4560 with 8GB of 2133 DDR4 RAM and a GTX 1050Ti 4GB.

You can do some light gaming with that APU.

Until now I didn even knew that a A9 exists. Must be something they did in the last days of the A series. Power consumption 10-25W. Must be some weak chip.

I would say is pretty much limited to old and simple games, especially if you use the iGPU of it.
Source games should run.

If you are looking for a new PC to game on get what LTT linked. It would demolish those laptops in gaming performance.

I made some changes to LTTs build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/jnGCHN
