If you have time, i'd suggest you to install WIN10 Anniversary edition just to see if the problem is windows, also try different drivers with it, first the newest ones, if stutter is there then 378.78, which seems to be the best performing and most stable ones for Anniversary, nobody has problem with those. Otherwise you could try preview windows update with latest nvidia driver, or wait for Fall creators update.
And if a reinstall doesn't fix it then most likely either the GPU or the mobo is causing issues.
I reinstalled windows 10 quite a few time and tha tdidn't fix it, and i only tested ram with the windows memory thing, so i'll try memtest :). Thanks for the advise.
uhm didn't know creators update caused problems, but now you say it it's porbally around that time i started having problems, but i can't neglect the chance that something else is wrong.
Where could i download windows 10 aniversary? And wouldn't it auto update to the creators update? Thanks for the advise i'll try the drivers aswell.
You can't find the older version of Windows online (Via MS at least) so you will either need to have a Windows 10 disk or a old .ISO file.
You could try Windows 7 if you have a license key for it and see if that fixes the issue. Or go Linux untill this issue has been resolved by Microsoft.

You can defer creators forever, when the creators update downloads and is ready to install, you have to download microsoft tool called "wushowhide" and there you will tick block 1703 update or something like that and it will be gone forever, you will still get security updates, id give you a link to the guide its easy but im in bed already need to sleep so try to google it. But you can also defer it for a month or so if you just tick "defer upgrades" in windows update settings if im not mistaken.
Update: i completed memtest and I had 0 errors, so i think i can say my ram isn't the problem.
Check out this blurb http://www.thewindowsclub.com/game-mode-in-windows-10
Personally, I disable everything even though "game mode" is meant to make things better. Your mileage may vary.
game DVR is disabled. Also game mode is off.
should i try the windows insider program? because i read some messed up things, when they ask you to sign up it actually says. "May damage your system". So I don't know if i should trust that.
Set V-SYNC to off
Make sure PC is clean.
Close as many programs as possible.
Disable full screen optimisation for all games
Use Intelligent standby list cleaner.
