Lenovo fan working on 16°C
I bought a lenovo ideapad 520 (laptop), and the fan is always working, even when i dont do anything demanding, like right now.
HDD, SSD are at 25°C and processor at 16°0C.
The laptop is ice cold(aluminium) but the fan is still working.

Specifics software like speedfan can't detect any fan.
Any idea of what i can do?

Thanks in advance.

I highly doubt your laptop is running at 16c. Unless you are outside in the cold or something.

You can't control the fan speed in a lot of laptops. Don't bother.

Thats what is displayed on speedfan... I have no idea about what should be a good value.
What i fear is a bad driver configuration or sth like that

The software is just wrong. Don't worry about it.

Ok, but do you have any idea of what i can do to fix it?
It is not convenient having a fan noise while only reading pdf and Word-editing...

switch off, remove battery on few minutes
if not helped, remove lithium battery

How is removing the battery going to fix a loud fan?

he writes that the fan works constantly, despite the fact that the laptop does not warm up - it hpppens with lenovo some times, regardless of the settings ... resetting the settings + bios \ uefi returns the optimal mode...

Well, the loud fan is already either a replacement or a lowering of the voltage, but this is more difficult and deprives the warranty

Any somewhat decent laptop also has a CMOS battery so just removing the battery isn't going to reset the CMOS.

The Software OP is using is just wrong about the temps.

no cpu cooler if desktop or laptop can cool below room tempreture. If the PC hardware is colder then room temprature then the coolers would work exat the different way and warm up the hardware.

There is no way the CPU would be cooler as the room temperature. Unless you live in a ice cave.
Speedfan is wrong often. It has shown 95 celsius on my previous i5 CPU while it was 36 according BIOS.

Unless of course you use some way of cooling it with something that is colder than RT, such as putting a radiator in ice water, but he obviously isn’t doing that.
