Is SSD Over Provisioning worth it?
Ive been looking through the samsung magician software and i saw the "over provisioning" option which as far as i understand leaves some unallocated space so my ssd will last longer and perform better but my question is is it worth it, i've looked online and there isnt any helpful resource which tells me that it actually helps my ssd or not. Should i save the extra space or should i use OP?

Just clone the drive using the normal cloning option. You don't need a drive to be over provisioned. Just keep the SSD at least 33% empty, will have the same effect.

Also modern SSDs will outlive most HDDs so no need to do stuff like this anymore.

Once you've configured your SSD & OS, you also don't need Magician anymore, as long as the RAPID is installed, avoid using Sleep Modes, Set Power to High Performance, Superfetch/Prefech is all disabled; you should be fine.

Given the potential life of SSDs in relation to this issue (most will easily outlast the PC several times, if not the owner of the PC) leaving 33% of an expensive disk free is excessive. Try 10%, less for larger drives or if you mainly use it for files that don't change much, eg games.

10-15% as always...
