To be honest if you OC the 1200 it's not very far behind the 7500 for half the price with a better upgrade path.

With a GTX 960 don't expect miracles, GTX960 has horrible DX12 support and it's not any better than the GTX1050ti in DX11.

Depending on what cpu you're using now you might see minimal fps upgrade going to any other cpu..
