Worry when it gets to 90c or higher.
But yes, monitor CPU & GPU. Generally u will know if heat is an issue, as FPS will get super slow if thermal throttling occurs.
The only game my fps can get bad is fallout
But my computer is way to weak for it and i have a million performance mods’

It's a single chip with both a normal CPU as well as a GPU.
Yes referring to it as a CPU or GPU is also correct but AMD disagrees.
i just noticed warframe ran at 97c so i deleted
it
i hated it anyway it was just one big grind
and pay to win
You'll need to stick with low-spec games to avoid issues like that.
