Report a translation problem
Because of 3 reasons:
1. Don't bother with a dedicated Physx card. Physx is dead.
2. The GT 710 is terrible.
3. You are probably using the GT 710 as your normal GPU.
Don't touch the Nvidia control panel unless you really have to. The default settings are fine.
Physx is being replaced it seems with something called flex. Some games use it. It is much more demanding than physx.
I have a gtx 1070 for graphics. Also my old gtx 970 is used for dedicated physx and flex. For physx is it overkill but it is perfect for flex. For killing floor 2 it works very well and improved performance for that game.

Those are the current gen cheapest GPU, you could always get better alternatives.
