How do I disable standar(etarded) functions for F1-F12 keys (lenovo idea pad) Win 10

How do I disable theese, I have tried everything but nothing works. like Lenovo wants to give me autism. When I play something they be like "press F"whatever" to do this and that BUT I CANT I FEEL LIKE A CHILD WITHOUT LIMBS WHEN I DESPERATELY SPAM F KEYS. I payed 500E for laptop that gives me autism...

You will have to hold the FN key on your keyboard to use the normal F1-F12 keys.

Just go into the BIOS and disable "Action Keys"
Now your F# keys will be the defaults.
