DDR2 8gb ram ??
hi, is it possible to have 8gb ram or more on ddr2 motherboard ??

depends on the motherboard and the CPU. Also if you have a 64bit OS.

Yes. But those PCs are so old that it will make no difference in gaming performance.

my motherboard is gigabyte model G31M-S2L and i also have 64bit OS but only 2 slots for ram

That motherboard supports up to 4gb.

Honestly a few more GB ram won't help you wih E4500 and HD4650/4670, if I wanted to upgrade(waste money) I would get used Q6600 and GTX 750Ti or something that your power supply can handle.
