Where do I begin, omfg...
How do I begin, this whole steam discussion is probably gonna be completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ meaningless because clearly no-one on here will be able to help me anyway...

there is a smidget of hope though...

My "V-Sync" (I'm assuming it is) is capping ALL my games at 15 fps and I can't play any games any higher, especially effecting Minecraft. My Minecraft's fps is almost always 15 fps, if I tab out of the game and go back in my fps is running at a constant 46 fps but the second I start playing it drops to 15 and caps at 15. I set the capping to unlimited, turned all settings lowest but nothing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ works.
I should just go on about all my games like: Dirty Bomb (same thing happens), Watch Dogs 2 (same thing), Fallout Series (same thing), TF2 (same thing), Tomb Raider Series (I'm talking 1, 2 & 3. (same thing)), Toy Story 3 (same thing). All the same, I can't play games on my pc and I can guarantee you not one person that contributes in this conversation will help...

There's legit no point anymore. I've made about 25-ish posts about this topic all either being forgotten about, filled with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ steam memes from 2014, people telling me to get a new pc (or upgrade my "potato", etc.) And people actually trying to help but failing horribly (ultimetly leading to the discussion being forgotten). You can try help me but most likely it will only help in getting this discussion lost in the comments forever. I'm now going to repost this same thing 10 times on each discussion so that it actually is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ noticed, most likely by a bunch of salty COD players that just were told by the pc master race to move from being a console peasant to one of our kind and being told the place to start is steam, then finding this discussion and saying ♥♥♥♥ like: "lol upgrade your potato." "Lol dude you don't even have 2 Geforce GTX 1080 Ti's no wonder you can't run it, my dad bought me a razer complete." Please ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ actually type something on here and make sure it makes sense, like think before you say "turn on run as administrator that'll fix it." do you not realise I have been trying to fix this since I got this pc which was like 6 months ago, the first thing I'd probably try doing is that.

Specs:
Operating System: Windows 10
Processor: AMD Quad-Core A6-7310 APU with Radeon R4 graphics
GPU: AMD Radeon R5 310 2GB
Ram: 8GB DDR3 Ram

See you on the other 100 posts...

Stop raging and explain what you have already tried to fix it. Explain your display and how it's connected to the video card and if you've DDU Uninstalled drivers. No one is going to want to help you when you come on here cussing and whining like a baby.

Have you actually looked what Watch Dogs 2 minimum requirements are?
GTX 660 or HD 7870 level graphics card.

Your R5 310 is lightyears below those graphics cards in performance.
There is nothing wrong with your PC other then it's meant for web browsing and text processing not gaming.

a good first step is getting a dedicated GPU, then eventually a decent cpu / mobo / mem upgrade budget permitting... That APU as it stands is an excellent office pc, or a1080p HTPC but not so much for gaming on any games that are not several years old.

+1 mobile cpu/ultra low wattage + dedicated r5 card far outclassed by a 9800gt

As others have said, your not giving much info on what you've tried, at what Res, what settings etc. But hey, I'll start off, have you made sure to plug into the GPU and not the motherboard? Though to be honest I don't see this helping much on some of the games.
But hey, all you did was whine and insult everyone instead of trying to help your own cause, which is bound to make us all want to help.

And it’s normal to not be able to run MINECRAFT on lowest settings? A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Macintosh could run MINECRAFT

I did indeed go over the top, there was to much salt in my bloodstream

Macs have better hardware than your PC.

Your PC is too underpowered and in dire need of replacement if you want to actually game.

Why does MINECRAFT go from 46 and the second I start playing jump to 15?

You have Vysnc enabled. Check your display and Radeon settings.

Mac Pro is going to get RX Vega card. What's that about Mac weaker than your APU?

You should realize that your graphics performance is way below even Intel CPU integrated graphics without graphics card and that Mac's are usually lot more powerful then what you have.
And contrary to popular belief Minecraft does not run well on everything no matter how rubbish, it's not somekind of Solitaire.

Running a game in a menu will obviously make it run faster. There's less for the game to load.

Your PC simply isn't strong enough for MC.
Big Boom Boom Dec 3, 2017 @ 2:48pm
Going into menu has higher fps because there's less things to render. Very simple.

Here's your iGPU

Here's my iGPU
:/www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=Intel+HD+530

My iGPU is more than 3 times faster and I don't use it.
