Overclocking a GPU doesn't brings too much since most of those cards are factory overclocked by default.

It's simple, download MSI afterburner, and 3dmark firestrike / uningine heaven, ideally both, set power and temp targets to max, so all the way to the right, step 2 start slowly increasing core clock 10MHz at a time, run the tests, if there's no issues move up, repeat until failure the dial it back a bit to last good pass.
Then rinse and repeat with the memory, only this time you can go in jumps of 50.
You should get between 50-150 quite easily on the core clock and 350-450 on the memory as a very rough guide.

Good luck.

On 970m I got +135 (max on msi)and +600 so that's pretty good.

I’ve tested the ryse son of rome, i set the +170 core clock and +450 memory clock but then it crashed the game. So this from forum +115 core and +200 is working but i cant feel the fps boosts. I will try another like +150 core clock and +350 memory clock, i hope it works..

So you aren't doing it in slow steps testing and just jumping around randomly .....
Do the core clock then the memory or else you won't know which the problem is, and do it in steps while testing.
