What do you mean "it looks different"? Saying "things are different" doesn't give me anything to go on. If you want help, you're to need to provide more info.
Don't get frustrated, I mean you must be new to Windows to not know that this will occur.
You can't go back to anything, you're on Win10 1709 (Creators Update - Fall 2017 Edition) now, which is a whole new OS. You need to wipe all your Drivers out, reboot as needed, then go download and install all the latest ones, then setup your GPU Settings once again.
For example with NVIDIA GPUs, upon an install, these settings get wiped out, this means you're set to RGB > Limited. Set this to RGB > Full. Otherwise colors/brightness are dull because Limited is not the full RGB range.
Because there is nothing to restore back to. Do folks not get why that is?
For one thing, even if you could, the OS would just re-update again anyways.
If you want to do what I do, and create a zen desktop with no icons at all, you can do that by hiding your Recycle Bin through Settings and then deleting all of your other icons. Then Hide the taskbar for a beautiful, uncluttered desktop. Finish with a suitably zen image - I have a 16K desktop of a Rock Garden.\

i could just reinstall windows if i want is it easy reinstalling the nvidia graphic drivers without optical drive and disc? just go to nividia website and download it right?
Yes, good... that is why there is no System Restore points.
Notice you have Windows.old on C Drive, that is the old OS (1705)
So you need to uninstall all drivers and install the very latest for everything.
Is this hard? No, it comes along with owning a PC.
It's as simple as going and getting all the latest Drivers from the chipset makers, like you would always do.
You remove the old via Control Panel > Programs and Features and reboot after each uninstall until they are removed.
Then install all the new ones... Chipset, GPU, Audio, LAN, WiFi...
And no, shutting off your computer wouldn't have changed anything. Windows 10 works differently than earlier versions of the OS, with regular updates being pushed out by Microsoft with little user intervention, as opposed to periodic "service packs" which users could opt not to install. You CAN prevent Win 10 from installing updates, but that's not something I would advise the average user to do. A better option would be to have Windows not update drivers along with the regular updates, which it does by default. There is a simple option for this- you can run a quick search to see how to turn this off, if it starts causing you grief (although be aware that this sometimes doesn't work 100%, because there is some variability as to how Microsoft defines "drivers").
EVERY time you restart your computer?
