I have a laptop with GTX 960M which is pretty much the same performance as MX150. The thing is 960M laptop usually feature better cooling and more power to reach that potential, some MX150 are in Ultra thin laptop which would have temp problem and would be downclocked.
I would just buy a GTX, and save myself the potential trouble.
Computers have a funny way of giving you what you pay for. I would go with an MSI or Asus, buying a no-name brand rarely ends well.
Unless you are made of money then you can buy Clevo mobile desktop range, which is big, heavy, loud and powerful. i7-8700k GTX 1080 SLI "laptop"? No problem.
No problem, until you actually want to move it. At which point you usually have to hire a crane, or at least a fork-lift.
Next Gen laptop hover cooler pad confirmed. Fans so powerful they can lift your laptop.
Next gen Clevo confirmed; Weighing sixteen tons, powered by a 48 litre diesel generator and throwing more heat than my mother's Paella recipe, it's literally an IBM Alpha 2 mounted on a tracked chassis. Comes with an optional cooling pad, deployable from a custom-built semi truck.
Oh you know Clevo would do a portable Supercomputer if you asked them nicely enough.
