On page 2 of this thread, I have a post where I give some pros and cons on several mice that I've owned: http://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/11/1483235412214126289/
It should give you some ideas.

If you're interested you can skim the entire thread, as others had given their opinions as well.

While macro's for fire modes is something I despise as it's very close to cheating (hell, it is cheating), if you can afford it the Asus ROG spatha would probably suit you well, loads of buttons, comfy, wired or wireless, good sensor, 1k polling rate wireless 2k wired rgb (because that matters lol) and us the best mouse I've ever used, downside is it's around £140.

The G502 is my current favorite mouse, I put a G900 scroll wheel in it and it's pure goodness. It has a 12k dpi sensor, 11 buttons and super low friction feet. It also has custom weights if you like a heavier mouse and a clutch for the scroll wheel to disengage the click so it scrolls friction free (useful for internet browsing). It also has 1khz polling rate, onboard memory for profiles, and a sniper button. There are 2 versions, one with a blue led the other with rgb led's, either is a good choice.

The Corsair Scimitar Pro[www.amazon.com] may appeal to you, plenty of programmable thumb buttons for $50. Logitech's G600[www.amazon.com] for $45 is also a good deal, as well as the Roccat Nyth[www.amazon.com] for $70

Awesome deal still on the venerable G602[www.amazon.com] for $30 from the big A, aside from the 6 thumb buttons a couple of index finger buttons are available.

Roccat's Kova[www.amazon.com] has 4 side buttons (2 per side), and an additional index button next to the usual clickers - a bit different.
