Workstations are depending on what hardware they use quite often not suited for gaming at all.
GRAPHICS CARD: AMD Firepro W5100 (want to upgrade to NVIDIA XLR8 GTX 1050 Ti)
RAM: 16GB
Memory: 1TB
Has a ton of fans inside and it's pretty quiet.
Gets the job done on a lot of my games.
Especially that Firepro it's only 2 years old.
I would just sell it and buy a real gaming PC with a big i7 and a GTX 1070.
Are you sure those are that machines specs? Could you download and install CPU-z then validate and post the URL of the webpage that opens?
After doing some more research I conclude that this system is worth at least $400-$500 in parts.
This complete system I see online refurbished for $500-$1500.
youll find plenty of videos turning workstations into "gaming" pcs but one built from scratch designed for gaming will always outperform it.
I'm not sure where you are looking, but this kind of workstation build would be around $600-800 new, depending on the board, with today's prices. The price the OP paid ($200) is about what something like this would go for used. He might be able to sell it for a little more and get a profit, but it won't be that easy of a sale.
