"Finish installing device software"
Hey,
I finally decided to get a new PC and it's working flawlessly; games run very smoothly and the overall performance is great, however: I get this "Finish installing device software" notification every few seconds. I tried clicking on it and nothing happens. I went into setings and troubleshoot where I selected Hardware and devices, which gives me a prompt to run the troubleshoot tool.
The troubleshoot says that there was an unexpected error and that it can't continue.

ID : DeviceDiagnostic
Path: C:\WINDOWS\Diagnostics\Index\DeviceDiagnostic.xml
Error code: 0x8000FFFF
Source: Loading Page

Edit:
I think the driver that is messing with the Windows 10 diagnostic is either my keyboard, mouse or 360 controller driver. I wasn't receiving the mentioned notification prior to connecting my Razer Ornata, Razer Abyssus or controller / Installing Synapse.

Rightclick left corner (windows 10). Choose device manager and look to see if there are any '!' against any item. If so, check properties where there will be a message. Best thing to do if possible is to roll back the driver or choose check for update.

That's the first thing that came to my mind. There are no exclamation marks next to any device.
Go to Start -> Run or [Windows] + R and type cmd, Windows Vista and 7 users go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right-click command prompt -> Run as administrator. Enter the following commands in the command prompt.

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
devmgmt.msc

The device manager opens, go to the View menu and select “Show hidden devices”.
I looked at hidden devices and there are 2 exclamation marks next to PS2 keyboard and PS2 mouse.
I guess the company that built and set up my PC used those.

Edit: Do I just remove those deviced from the list or leave them be?

copy device ID from this devices, and search latest compatible drivers for it, dl & unzip
then remove devices and push update configuration button

Thet thing is my keyboard and mouse drivers are fine ( the usb devices), but the non connected PS2 are marked as "corrupted".
