I'm sure plenty of the tech folks on YouTube have videos for this sort of thing.
Overall I don't see how it would ever matter, what matters is having good airflow throughout and that the CPU/GPU isn't any where near overheating, then you're fine.

It pretty much appears like a mod dream 10/10 pc case, seriously one of the best cases, if not the best I've ever seen so far! Can do any setup you can imagine inside it. So the layout doesn't matter, so long you can dream it up. Hense the question, which is best. The PC will be on the left side, so I'm guessing the glass panel should be on the right.
By the way, thanks before for your suggestions on the other topic asking about which PC case to get. Those other good ones, which I originally was going to get where out-of-stock... and ended up leading me to this one (plus a lot of bargaining).
If you're watercooling everything, then it doesn't matter which way it is.
