You can also run memtest86 and see if it will detect any faults with your ram.
Reset your BIOS. FInd out what key to press while booing your PC. Failing that, open your PC Case, locate the battery on the motherboard, take it out for a few seconds and put it back. Your BIOS should go back to default settings enough for it to boot normally.
You can reinstall Windows just fine. It will not void the warranty.
See if you can get in to the BIOS. To get in to the BIOS turn on the machine and immediately start hitting DELETE on your keyboard. If DELETE doesn't work you can also try F2 and ESC.
You can't void the warranty by doing these simple things yourself, its all part of using the device, simple as that. There are no stickers to break to show signs that you've opened the laptop. You as the owner are free to open your device all you wish as long as no physical damages occur, which is actually something that would void warranty.
If the place of purchase is not willing to just fix the device on-site and/or replace it with another of same/similar model, then forget the seller and go through Lenovo directly.
> Open the access panels on bottom
> Disconnect all Drives and then you can access the BIOS
> Change the UEFI to Legacy so you can boot from other Devices and set "USB" as #1 boot device, SSD or HDD set to #2
> Go on a working WinOS PC and create your own Win10 64bit boot media installer (USB Flash Drive of 4GB minimum size, ready to be wiped clean) using Microsoft's tool > https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10
> Once finished this installer media creation, connect it to your Laptop and boot from the Win10 usb drive and reinstall your OS. You can simply choose to reinstall and the previous OS + Data will be pushed to "C:Windows.old" which you can go into after OS has installed and copy out of there anything you wish to save. To wipe out that previous OS, use Disk Cleanup.
