And also you can easily create a bootable Windows installer via the Media Creation Tool which you can download from the Microsoft website and the drivers can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website.

camera enabled by fn+F6 (and it enabled in BIOS\UEFI)
if not help - webcam or inner usb port dead - this is common problem
then either buying a new camera module and installing it by self (it's very simple, you just need to be careful, an ph1 (mini\clock) screwdriver and a piece of plastic like an old credit card and double-sided adhesive tape 3M (if the old one can't be used again), or repairing RC chains on mobo
in any case, the lack of a built-in web camera and microphone is not a problem, but rather, the benefit ;)

Also, it might be unrecognized by Windows if it is it will be listed somewhere else. To fix that install the drivers from the Acer website.
oh and view show hidden devices dosent change anything
you can launch the 'installer launcher' and choose what drivers to install.
