Hola. Tengo una PC OptiPlex 7010,. En general medio buena y toda la cosa, pero la tarjeta gráfica es bastante mala y al ser tan vieja no me permite jugar los juegos que me gustaría, y me gustaría saber, ¿qué tarjetas buenas o recientes con buen VRAM son compatibles con mi PC?

Ok that's good, that means it can accept a full size GPU and not have to use a half-height model.

Best bet would be take the PC to a tech/repair shop and have them try a better GPU in it before you buy one. Cause in many OEM Dell/HP with specs older then Intel 6th Gen; GPUs newer then GTX 7xx series might not work.
