Double check that your CPU isn’t holding you back.
Triple check what resolution and video settings you are gaming at.
A Pentium G4560 is 2x as powerful as the A4.
Install and run MSI afterburner and then check the logs after gaming for 15 minutes.
If the APU is running at 100% and the GPU only at 50% the APU is bottlenecking.
Quad core, with an IPC of over 25.
If you are desperate and want to update NOW, buy this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Ffd6yf
But I highly recommend you to wait for the new CPUs and non overclockable motherboards. They will deliver close to 50% more performance while costing about the same.
As said, disable the in the BIOS and you'll regain your RAM
You say you did that already but if so it shouldnt still be using the RAM
Also
Make sure your monitor is connected to the GT 1030 and NOT the back of the motherboard.
yeah i have already disabled intergrated graphics from the bios and it still says that i can only use 6.96gb
