Get on another PC and download the drivers from the manufacturers website on to a flash drive.

Here you go: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/Z270-GAMING-PRO-CARBON#down-driver

Yes.
Is it normal for the internet to not work without the driver ?

Rightclick the Wifi/Cable icon on the bottom left of the task bar and select troubleshoot problems.

Did you restart you PC after installing the drivers?

Try setting a static IP.
IP address: 192.168.1.1
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: {Your Routers IP}
I did restart
Sorry dude but I usually don't accept friend requests from people I don't know. I have had some.. bad experiences with trolls.. I hope you understand.

Have you tried setting a static IP yet?
Win10 has a pretty handy "network reset" which will wipe all your settings and start over - may be worth a try if nothing else can get it resolved.

If you are not familiar with the network settings in 10, this is a good read

Just need help asap, already thinking of going back to win 7
