Magic Actions for Youtube nightmode feature not working after running CCleaner (Opera)

I did a CCleaner run for the first time in awhile and after doing that, the Magic Actions extension for Youtube is no longer working, the nightmode feature specifically. I've reinstalled the extension and reinstalled Opera and it is still not working, any idea why? The rest of the extension seems to be working fine.
