HWMonitor tab keeps opening after I close it.
The cpu power tab keeps opening after I close it. Power usage doesn’t seem out of the ordinary (total power at around 85-86 usage at 100% cpu usage), so I was wondering if this happens to others? I have a 1200watt EVGA gold power supply, and the cpu is an I7 - 4790k.

I did that, and no luck.

Is it possible my house can barely supply enough power? To the point that the cpu sometimes drops in power and then raises back up? When I turn on my PC, my house lights flicker for a second. There is no way for me to check since it updates faster than I can tab out. I do not have another monitor. The CPU power tab is the only power tab that opens.

If your electricity infrastructure is the issue you need a professional to help you out, also that person need blue prints for the layout in order to find the issue if your infrastructure need replacing, or re-routing.

Test your PC somewhere else in your home.

Are you using a power Brick/Strip/Bar? What brand, and exact model of it?

I am thinking it may have something to do with both the house's power, and the PSU itself. The PSU makes a very feint clicking sound every 8-10 seconds. I am thinking it might be too dusty (I haven't cleaned it in over a year, and originally it was sucking in air from the rug, this was before I realized I needed to elevate it) so I am going to clean it to see if it continues to make the clicking noise. I think the fan might be scraping against dust or clogging the fan.
