Buzzing noise from pc (even while the pc is off)
So my pc makes a weird buzzing noise, it doesn't matter if it's on or off, and it's not continuous, sometimes it buzzes every 10 seconds and other times it can be 15 min without doing it.

The sound is noticeable and high pitched (i'm not the only one who can hear it) the thing is, i changed the cables, i changed the power strip and i even changed the power supply, the sound remains.

The sound appears even when the button of the power supply is off, it only stops when i remove the cable or turn off the power strip, i tried the pc in another house and during a couple of hours it didn't make any noise and when I carried the pc to a tech store for help, the guy at the store didn't hear any noise either so it may be an electrical problem at my home

So... I'm really out of ideas and I'm desperately looking for some help

PSUs don't tend to play well with power strips. Try plugging it directly into the wall.
I went to a friend's house and bringed everything, even the same power strip with me and during more than 2 hours the pc didn't make a noise, I'll try without power strip at home
I had a couple of consoles at the same room, I noticed they made a subtle high pitched noise but I changed the power strip and it stopped. When I charge my mobile, the charger makes a similar sound too but it's intermittent.

But even with every other device unplugged, only the pc connected to the power strip, the PSU button on off, the noise still appears on the pc.

In a couple of days a friend who is and electrician comes to check out but my concern is if it can be dangerous for the pc or other devices, I'm really getting behind at work and studies
The reason why computers don't tend to play well with power strips, is due to the amazing amount of cheap strips out on the market that the average person buys. Most don't even look into the specs of a power strip before buying, either. Nothing to agree or disagree with, but rather more of a fact that the average power strip is overloaded daily.

If the buzzing isn't occurring at another home, then get a professional to check your home wiring. It may not be up to code.
The noise still occurs without power strip

My PSU does fine connected to a Power Strip. What on planet Earth are you talking about?

Then u need to try a different Power Supply.
If still occurs, it's most likely the Motherboard that is a cause of this.

I already changed the power supply after the first days of noise and nothing changed.

Can be the motherboard even with the pc turned off and with the power supply switch off too?

I'm sorry but what?

I am no electrician but it sounds like you may have a problem with the ground in your plug.

Have you tried it on other plugs through out your house?
It sounds Like your house might have a wiring fault.. If possible have it tested for frequency and voltage fluctuations
Agreed with getting an electrician in asap. Ignore any more advice suggesting it is your motherboard or PSU as you clearly said earlier it affected other devices, and your PC made no noise in another house. The common part of the problem is your house - that's where you need to be looking.

Before the electrician comes, make sure you know which combinations of sockets, strips and devices make the noise, and which don't. See if it happens on upstairs and downstairs sockets, as these should be on a different circuit.

It happens with the PSU switched off and you waiting 15 secs for the full power inside the PSU to leave it?

As with PSU switched on, there is always a StandBy power signal of about 0.2-0.5 watts, and yes that can trigger coil-whine from PSU Caps or Motherboard Caps, if either of those hardware is the actual issue.

I tried in another bedroom and in the living room, the noise still appears

It happened even with the PSU switched off for 30 min, the noise still appeared

Then u really need your sockets and lines re-wired before you have a fire.
You could try a UPS, as it would "clean" the power coming from the socket that may make a difference.

just a thought anyway.
