I'm looking for a laptop for light gaming,
Some of these games would include the likes of Crusader Kings 2, Underrail, Project Zomboid, Neo Scavenger, Wasteland 2, Fallout 1 to Tactics, (Not released) Banner Saga 3, The Guild 2 Renaissance.

The price should be no more than 400 dollars/ Euros. I'd like to hear some suggestions as to which laptop I should get, it would mostly be used for these games when my son is around so I have something to do when he uses my main PC.

A 400 dollar/euro laptop will be a simple netbook, just powerfull enough to browse the web.

The 2D games will probably run fine on such a machine but you can forget about running anything 3D like the mentioned Wasteland 2.

Here's a list of machines, which I'm sure will run some of the games mentioned.

My old PC had a dual core 2.6 ghrz proccessor, a crappy 512 mb GPU etc, and it ran arma 2, so I'm pretty sure some of these laptops can run these games.

That laptop is somewhat decent since is has an i3. This laptop is probably the best one you can get within your budget.

It will run those 2D games just fine and Esports titles like CSGO and DOTA will also run fine on lower settings.

But it does only have 128gb of storage so that will run out quite quickly.

If OP is fine with refurbished $400 is enough. My $450 Alienware can play Witcher 3 medium on 736p at 50 fps in Blood n Wine.

Ok i ll get that one. Would be nice to spend more time on this but son comes over tomorrow. Send links for better options if you like though.

Got the laptop, it runs Tyranny nicely, and also CK II. So this is perfect for games like that. Thanks for the info :)
