OK hold on...lemme get my PC going. By the way, what is the model for your TV set? I'm going to send you a friend request.
This one but for some reason it says it supports dolby vision hdr but my box says it supports hdr10 also figured out hdr only cuts on with 422 10 bit in windows for some reason none of the other variants would let me cut it on
These are the settings you need in NVIDIA...all you need your tv to do is turn on game mode....the GPU does the rest.

Just an FYI...and no offense by this...the OP and I already discussed that.
The OP tried using a HDMI 2.0b cable and the TV kept reenabling YCMP244 display mode to use HDR. The TV's circuitry seems to cut to YCMP244 (6bpc) when HDR processing is enabled in 4K. By overriding what is sent to the TV through the GPU (and enabling RGB in stead) the OP can actually use it on full color settings in stead of limited to get the desired affect.
