No, its a piece of ♥♥♥♥. Seriously what CPU even goes into that? I find it amusing that you were
also wiilling to "cut" a GPU to get it to work with that $10 OEM motherboard. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel here. Just throw that thing in the trash where it belongs. And find something thats atleast made by a respectable supplier. I am sure you can find something in your price range on EBAY.
