Razer Blackwidow X Chroma Owners
So personally i have this keyboard and i love it ive had it since september of 2016 but it has heavy rusting, i was wondering if any of you have had the same problem and if razer support has helped you with it, or how to stop it from getting worse. This is kinda embarrassing for a product that costs £150. Thanks

If you are using the keyboard in an enviroment that has lots of moisture that may be the issue rather than the keyboard itself. Because moisture is a catalytic in the reaction. I dont own the X model but i have black widow and blackwidow chroma. Which the non chroma survived from soda , water, wine spill and still works. Have you tried contacting razer about this issue?

I looked to see if its a common problem among the X version and this is what i found.

ok as i am under the age of 18 i cant really do that, also just got off with razer live chat and they are replacing it as it fell under a hardware failure, they only needed pictures to prove and order details(i got mine of amazon just over a year ago and they said that was ok) so i have a new keyboard on the way, Thanks for you help anyways
