CPU is not powerfull enough for COH ww2. So upgrading the GPU would be a waste of your money. You are better off buying a whole new machine, this is a internet/media PC, it's not even powerfull enough for office work.
Like Omega said, your PC isn't powerful enough for WW2, HP's desktops are mainly for internet browsing (not including their gaming line). It would be pointless upgrading your GPU because it still won't make the game playable when paired with the A8 8650 and 4GB of RAM. You'd be better off buying / building your own PC. You can make a budget Ryzen build for a fairly cheap price, probably only 200ish more euros than what you paid for that HP desktop.

You didn't mention you upgraded, you only linked the HP Pavilion 550-120no spec sheet. Still, more RAM is not going to make any difference. This isn't a gaming PC, and it never will be.

Never buy prebuilds you will seriously overpay for terible PCs using low quality components.

That is what this machine is worth. When buying PCs you get what you pay for. And for 200-300 euro more you could have indeed had a decent budget gaming PC.

Ah crap sorry I was looking at a different page at the same time. Your spec page says you have 8GB of RAM.

Yeah, you could probably build a nice budget Ryzen PC for 300-400 euros. Try pcpartpicker.com, you can choose all the components of a PC and it'll tell you how much power they need, where you can buy them from, their compatability with eachother etc. etc.
but i dont understand why i can run all my games extra quality 1080 p 150+ fps
This PC is nowhere near powerful enough to run games like COD WW2 even with a GPU upgrade. I suggest you save up to do a whole new build from scratch.

I learnt that the hard way xD

I paid 600 euros for a GTX 960 AMD FX-4300 and a cheap AMD motherboard and some crappy PSU that caused me more trouble than the PC was worth.

I built my own after that and it was much more worth it.
