High Letency (CL16+) are really cheap while the faster CL13 or CL14 are fo course mroe expensive. Also do some RAM cost noticably more likre G.Skill Trident Z RGB as the RGB lighting cost extra.
However if you look for RAM you shouldnt always look for good RAM that uses Samsung chips from G.Skill, Kingston, Crucial or Corsair. Those brands use Samsung chips and come with lifetime warranty. Also make sure to get always 2 or 4 (like 2x4GB or 2x8GB) sticks to use dual channel which isa free performance boost.
