Port foward / port triggering on FAST 3890 V2

I got this modem from my ISP and I need to open the necessary ports to be able to host games.
But for some ports it gives the error "Port Triggering Add Error
Add port triggering named XXX failed. Status: 9007."
The ports are: STEAM CLIENT: 27000-27031, 27036 (UDP) / STEAM SERVER: 27015 (TCP).
I opened 1 - 65535 TCP/UDP, set "Source IP Address: my external IP" and "Server IP Address: my internal IP". Tested a random port and it showed up LOCKED. Tried hosting a dedicated server but it wasn't showing up on the server browser and a friend couldn't join in through a direct invite due to an error "server is not responding".
I tried opening the same ports in Port Triggering but it fails the same.

You should only use port forwarding to host servers. Try to reset the router triggering/forwarding you have made so far and then start setting up forwards to the ports that your servers needs (allow tcp and udp if you don't knoe the protocols, but the securest configuration is to just allow the protocol you need).

... or put your computer (the IP address) in the DMZ and activte it ...

About DMZ / Description:

The computer in the DMZ is not protected from hacker attacks [...]"

... in short: your toaster will gain direct access to the www - that means you can "see" others and all these "others" can see you direct through your WAN-IP... (that way it should be much easier to set your dedicated server up and also improve/better response+performance RT)
