Noctua NF-A9x14 Best 92mm Fan?
Is it the best 92mm case fan? The case I will use only supports 1 92mm fan which I am intending to attach to a Asetek 545LC AIO CPU water cooler.

Get a better Case that has MANY placements for 120mm minimum fan sizes.

The design of the case I have is such that components directly receive air and thus computer fans inside of it are completely unnecessary

Are you using one of those fanless cases?

If so, I wouldn't use high-TDP components, as that type of case was made for HTPCs anyway.

No. I can use an Asetek 545LC CPU water cooler for the CPU, and it has room for a 2.5 slot 300mm video card.

It has support for 1 92mm fan.

I can use a 140W TDP CPU and a 300W video card inside of it and there won't be thermal issues.

I am asking if the specific Noctua 92mm fan I mentioned is the best 92mm fan or not. Would you have any better alternatives?

I would recommend Noctua's PPC Industrial range instead. They're the most powerful and arguably most overkill fan currently on the market. Ideal for pushing air through a radiator.

Is it a quiet fan though?

They can be. Depends on what speed you run them at.

Any fan can be quiet or noisey depending on your settings. You asked for the best fan, and overall the PPC Industrial is the best fan available at that size.
