And set "AC Power Loss State = Stay Off"
Overall, when you turn off your PC, you should turn off its main power as well after it actually powers off. Never force the PC off after it's first turning on, it will be loading the OS during that time. So during a PC power on, either enter the BIOS and then power it off, or let it fully load up into the OS and shut that down properly. Don't force power off during OS loading.
List your full specs and OS please.
But yea disable anything power, standby, wake-on-lan; etc.
Overall, none of this really matters if you just turn off the PSU when you're done using your PC, simple as that.
And i cant turn off the psu because theres an internet dongle in the back of the pc
I meant turn off the main PSU switch after a system shutdown + power off.
To ensure it can't turn back on, period. The main PSU switch is just stand-by power.
