This mobo does not support 3000mhz RAM. You can use it just fine but it will run at 2933mhz.
The RAM needs to be overclocked, Those RAM modules are made to run at those speeds. All you need to do is enable AMP for the RAM to run at the correct speed and timings.
Ryzen is not RAM hungry but it likes fast RAM. 3000mhz or higher is recommended.
Don't forget to enable AMP in the BIOS.
You don't need to worry about temps of anything except the CPU and GPU. The hot air in the case should be exhausted by a fan on the back of the case. As long as the CPU cooler is properly mounted and there is nothing wrong with the GPU you don't need to worry about heat.
2800 or higher require higher voltage; which you shouldn't do on cheap boards.
