And how do you mean you sent your GPU to be fixed? What was wrong with it? You don't just "fix" a GPU if it is broken.
Well a HD 4600 Performance is better then 0 but very small. So even a real heavy overclocking of a very weak graphic chip of 20% would be still very weak.
To compare it in G3D benchmark scores:
GTX 1080: 11,997
280X: 5,247
HD 4600: 709
So 20% heavy Overclocking will get you to about 850 points which is still 1/6th of the peformence of a 280X.

Even when heavily OCed most of your games will still run unplayable. The performance gains will be minimal.
Just wait until you get your GPU back.
