Try using the intigrated graphics if your CPU has them and also try another monitor or TV
Specs?
It's only in specfic games too as I noted, like one map in BF1, and shadows in PuBG, and that's pretty much it, the white screen was also in BF1
1. This could be related to game issue, which you want to ask people if they ever get the same issue as you.
2. This could be related to the drivers being the issue, which you use DDU in safemode, wipe your video drivers, then reinstall the latest, or older version of the drivers you know that works well for you.
3. This could be an RAM issue, a simple memcheck test can't hurt to do.

4. This could be related to your cables being the issues, which you can test by using different cables, or using spare cables.
5. This could be related to your Monitor being the issue, which you can test by using a different Monitor, or TV.
6. This could be related to your GPU being the issue, and it's only of matter of time when it will kick the bucket, which could be one, or more of the capacitors going bad on it. Could also test the GPU in a spare PC to check for this issue.
7. This could be related to the PSU cables being the issue, or being a faulty unit, which you can test by using a spare PSU.
