can i reroute onboard ram to a onboard graphics card
i have 16gb of ram and i use a radeon r7 graphics can i reroute some of my ram to the graphics card

If you are using AMD / APU you can set the frame buffer size in the bios - if you have a dedicated GPU then unfortunately you cannot.

If a game requires more video RAM then your graphics card has available, your computer will automatically use any available RAM.

but i will get less then 30 fps even if it does use more ram

Having the I-GPU use more RAM will not improve FPS.

Your laptop (Or desktop?) is not powerfull enough for gaming. Nothing you can do about it.
