Gtx 1060 3gb or 6gb?

Buy the cheapest card a Asus Strix 1050 Ti isn't going to perform any better then a EVGA GTX 1050 Ti .

The i5 is enough for a 1080.
If u have a decent 1080p Screen, go with the 1060 (if it's the 6gb version)

I just noticed the PSU, make sure is has a 6pin PCI-e cable. You might wanna replace it with something a bit more powerfull 500w+. If the PSU is from a quality brand and it has a 6pin PCI-e you will probably be fine.

My old i7 870, not quite as fast as your newer i5, can max out a GTX 1060 GPU (90-100%) while only using about half its 3 GB RAM max and 60% max CPU use for single 1080p display. The 6 GB model is better if you have or are considering a 1440p display. I have a 3 GB Asus Dual GTX 1060 OC because that was the best 1060 Fry's had in stock at the time that used 6-pin power.

My whole PC peaked very briefly at 236 watts max (measured AC input) when running Unigine Heaven graphics benchmark at extreme settings. And since one of the legs on my CPU cooler got damaged when I upgraded to the i7 870, and I replaced the cooler, I have not seen power use over 220 watts input. I am just using a stock OEM Dell 350W PSU. Even a Dell 305W PSU would do, because it was able to pull 240 watts with one of those when I tried my 116 watt GTX 550 Ti.

And your CPU uses a little less power than mine. So unless your 400 watt PSU is over rated, you should be fine with it, as long as it has a proper power connector for the graphics card.
