INSTALLING NEW INTEL(R) HD GRAPHICS

I have intelr hd graphics family and i want to upgrade it to intelr hd graphics family 5500 can i upgrade this without uninstalling intel r graphics family ?

That CPU has a Intel HD graphics 4400 you can't magically change it to a Intel HD graphics 5500..

thats fine for me i think 4400 is good enough.i wan to change it to Intel HD graphics 4400 im using Intel HD graphics family. what would i do.

The I-GPU is simply named Intel HD graphics family in device manager. But it is a Intel HD graphics 4400.

ok but i dont know why i have this problem.like my screen shot in my steam profile what do you think about this problem can you figure it out.

That is not a problem that is normal. If something was wrong it would have been identified as a Microsoft basic display adapter.

Right click the Windows start button > Device manager > Display adapters > Right click the Intel HD > Update driver..

That is not a problem that is normal. If somethign was wrong it would have been identified as a Microsoft basic display adapter.

Windows will update the driver for you.

Your computer is fine. It is normal that a intel HD is identified as Intel HD graphics family.

tnx guys this laptop is 3 years now and the old hdd is broken so i change new one i took it to technician and this is now what happen to my laptop :(

and the windows key is not activated :( very good technician and he install old windows.windows 8 pro :(

It is not activated?

On your keyboard: Windows key + S > System (or the equivelant in your language) > Press enter

Can you post a screenshot of that window on your Steam account as artwork?

(take a screenshot with the PRTSC or Print Screen key on your keyboard and that past the screenshot in MS paint)

ya its not :( i cant even upgrade to windows 8.1 because of that :(
