Recently my laptop can't change resolution in any game at all. It stuck on 1920x1080. I've tried the DDU thingy and the problem still happen.

Why can't you change resolution ingame?

Do the different resolutions not appear in the game settings?
Yup, different resoltion options is either greyed out or not appear.

What are your system specs?

How to share your specs in case you don't know them: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Master_Race_Geeks/discussions/0/2592234299558775324/

I think I've found the culprit. The culprit is the intel HD. I rollback the driver and then update it thru Device Manager. Thanks for your concern Omega, Kudos for ya :)

you have two GPUs? (Intel HD and Nvidia/AMD)

Make sure you are using the Nvidia or AMD GPU.

For a laptop set the GPU to high performance in the Crimson controll center or in the Nvidia control center.

For a desktop make sure the monitor is plugged in to the GPU and not in to the motherboard.

DDU

Wipe out all of Intel and NVIDIA; then download and install these latest driver version after rebooting:

Intel Chipset INF
Intel HD (the series your CPU has)
NVIDIA Geforce Mobile

Reboot after installing each, as needed.
Once NVIDIA is installed and you're rebooted, configure NVIDIA Control Panel to set the NVIDIA GPU as the global default.

Thank you so much! What I did before is just a temporary fix. But your's is the real fix.
After a while, the problem is coming back. I don't know what to do now. Sigh
