Laptop sounds like a motorcycle

Every week my laptop has a very loud fan noise I cant play any games because it makes my games lag and it happens every week and after few days stops but then it does it again. Help plea

your games are stuttering while your fan is kinda defective? impossible error...or my software in my brain has syntax error(i dont get it). what can you do? new laptop is always the best and a new fan is not buyable, but a fan that makes noise cant influence your gaming fps. so what? live or die with it.
