Noctua is the absolute best air-cooling brand, so if you want the best go with them.
Only if you want to go that high though. Are you overclocking?
Just slap a Cryorig H7 or Hyper 212x and be done with it.
I suggested Noctua because that motherboard is usually meant for "extreme" setups, and I assumed you wanted something "extreme"
actually no one cares for microliters in fans work in his pc, because its not about the fan. its about the cooling body on a cpu, because these things kill the power loss (watts) in heat it is. the hot air is not the problem. so any small fan will do, too.
