On Windows 7, you had a Windows XP mode that could allow you to use it as though you had Windows XP. But on Windows 10 they did not include this feature.

If you really want to play that game and Shockwave only works well on older OS, you might want to ask in the Hardware forum for advice, as the regular users there know more than I do.
