So to make things clear, what do u wanna do exacatly with your rig, overclocking, 4k?
What games do u wanna play? And the budget?.
If u wanna go on lan etc. I would build a decent itx or matx rig.
If you're already going nuts with a 1080 Ti and stuff, then go all the way and get an i7 at least (that extra performance will come in handy, especially on LAN with background stuff).
PSU wise i'd suggest getting something better, i.e. EVGA G2 or G3 (won't fit into your listed chassis though).
Cooler wise you could look at the Noctua L12 - rather easy to fit in smaller cubes.
Storage, 400+ GB SSD for multiple games, maybe some basic 2,5" HDD for storage? (mATX cubes often got space for 1-2 3,5" drives though - cheaper)
My 2 cents, from my last LAN build.
Edit:
the L12 would actually fit in your wanted chassis height wise, and still has enough room for a 2nd slim fan on top.

And case fan's, well I use the bequiet silent wings series.
But corsair or noctua will work fine too.
Alternative if u wanna go with i7 and 1080ti

*Use the ssd for os, apps and few games that benefits from the ssd.
RVZ03 has a plenty of room to install wide range of components but it may require a little bit bigger wallet if want to do it easy way... (My case is Node202)
-Motherboard with M.2 ssd support + M.2 drive.
-Under gpu 120x120x12mm fans (Scythe Slip Stream)
-Full modular SFF psu (Corsair, Silverstone) 600W.
-ATX size psu fits also. Recommended length 140mm.
-Ryzen 7 1700 has a 65W TDP vs i5 6600K 95W.... so Ryzen !
-Noctua NH-L9I cpu cooler is good. Changing to 25mm thick Noctua PWM fan it is even better.
-AM4 cpu cooler is a different model...
-Noctua NH-L9x65 (SE-AM4) is a little bigger cooler (+optional 25mm fan)
-Zotac GTX 1080Ti MINI (...there is a new video on BitWit channel...)
-Plenty of cable ties.
Basically only compromise is to use only M.2 storage. 500GB should be enough.
RVZ03 is good "console pc" case in its class but in my opinion Thermaltake Core V1 is perhaps the best m-itx case to build. It is little bigger and cube form.
And I will be using the ASUS ROG Z270i
And for the ram I'll be going with Gskill Ripjaw 16GB (2X8GB) 2400Mhz
And the GPU I will use my ASUS ROG 1080 OC
But I need help picking one NVME or SSD drive for OS and one 1TB for games (Both have to be 2.5'' drives)
And I need to know If I can use the Corsair HD120's or the SP120's for the 120mm extra fan spaces.
Thank you
I've done even more research I've got my Storage drives I just need to make sure If the Corsair VS650 fits In the case or not
